The Super Bowl is upon us, and our Director of Marketing Giselle Ugarte stopped by WCCO this week to talk about how smaller businesses can generate Super Bowl buzz without a Super Bowl budget (or any budget at all).
Here are three FREE strategies you can use to leverage the Super Bowl conversation for your business:
1) Use multiple organic social media platforms to share promotional content with tags categorized around the Super Bowl. (LinkedIn and TikTok have the greatest organic reach right now for videos.)
2) Sometimes the best action is reaction. Utilize social media, particularly Twitter, to follow trends and hashtags that might be relevant to your business and serve as leverage for a viral moment.
3) Run a contest or a promotion that will enhance (or at least not interrupt) your customer’s Super Bowl experience.
Should you have a smaller marketing budget, you can also buy local television and radio placements before, during and after the big game.
